Pro bono work means any professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment. Unlike traditional volunteerism, it is service that uses the specific skills of professionals to provide services to those who are unable to afford them.
In Bangladesh, there is no statutory obligation to do pro bono work like that of other countries of the world.
We, NB & Associates, are trying to pay proper time for doing Pro bono work that deserves it. Besides, our Head of chamber has already gained well reputation in doing the same and he achieved a training certificate for doing this.
